Nancy Perliski is a Partner in the Dallas office of Perliski Law Group, where she represents clients in both noncontentious and contentious matters. Her administrative law practice involves all facets of the SBA lending programs and the standard operating procedures (SOP) governing SBA loan workouts, modifications and the settlement of guaranty liabilities.

She has concluded well over 150 settlements in the past few years alone with her Partner involving major national banks for small business owners.
Having started her practice focused on insolvency laws, Perliski has also represented hundreds of clients before the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas over her nearly 30 year career.
Bankruptcy Legal Services
Her bankruptcy practice includes both Chapter 7 business and consumer bankruptcy as well as Chapter 13 reorganizations. She is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
Nancy also has an active IRS Collections & Appeals practice. She works with both business and individual taxpayers to address IRS back tax issues, including both payroll tax issues and delinquent 1040 tax liabilities. She is admitted to the U.S. Tax Court and a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Tax Section. Nancy’s clients involve taxpayers who frequently owe more than $250,000 to the IRS.
Nonprofit Contributions
Strongly involved in nonprofit work, a passion of the Firm’s partners, Nancy also works with her Partner, Benjamin Stolz, representing dozens of nonprofit organizations as outside counsel, including state-wide associations, churches, charities and private foundations.
